For non-academic and co-curricular activities, the College recommends virtual events for the fall 2021 semester. A limited number of in-person events will be permitted, however, the College is encouraging event planners to consider scheduling any in-person events at outdoor locations. For any in-person event requests, event planners are required to submit requests will be routed to their respective Dean or VP for approval.

Please complete and submit this form to request an event. The Office of Public Events will follow up with you within 3-4 business days upon receipt of your approved request from your Dean or VP.

All student planners should complete and submit this form to request an event at least 15 days in advance. OSE will contact submitter if more information or clarification is required. After OSE approval, the Office of Public Events will follow up with you. The approval process takes 3-4 business days upon receipt of your form submission.


REMINDERS

  • Event requests will be denied if:
    • Submission does not meet 15 day advance notice
    • Alternate date occurs on same day as requested date/time
    • Event location is not selected
      • Event locations are limited to those listed on the form
  • VEMS is not available to students; all request must be submitted via this form
  • Indoor events require attendance to be taken, masks to be worn at all times and no food/beverage is allowed
  • Vendors must submit proof of COVID vaccination and symptom tracker on day of event
    • OSE staff will support this process
