Conference Registration

Conference Registration Portal

You may register online starting May 1, 2022 using our new registration portal through OpenWater. You can start a new registration or continue an In process registration by viewing your open registrations under My Applications on the left menu; you will find your conference registration and presenter proposals there.

You will need to log into the portal using your ACA/ACES/SACES email address to login.

Registration Rates

When you log in using your SACES membership account, the applicable rate will automatically be provided for you in the registration form.

*Earlybird registration ends August 1, 2022; a completed registration includes payment.
ALL PRESENTERS receive the early bird discounted registration rate and MUST register by this deadline in order to be listed in the conference program.

Refund Policy

A cancellation request must be received via email to conference.registration@saces.org. if you are also cancelling your presentation, please copy conference.programs@saces.org as well. An administrative fee will be assessed to cover registration costs, credit card transaction fees, and conferences expenses incurred as a result of the registration.

Questions about your conference registration? Please contact the Conference Registration Co-Coordinators at conference.registration@saces.org.

Questions or issues with your SACES member account or login? Please contact the Membership Chair at membership@saces.org. If you join ACA/ACES near a registration deadline, your membership profile may take a few days to update; this can quickly be addressed with a copy of your new member or renewal receipt. However, we encourage you to login early to avoid any technical difficulties before the deadline.

Questions about conference accessibility concerns? Please contact the SACES Conference Accessibility Committee at  accessibility@saces.org with questions.

You do not need to be a member to register. You may still register for our conference as a non-member; however, there will be an additional cost for registration. Create a non-member account here.  Note for students: it will be more affordable for you to join as a SACES member and receive the student rate!
