Before they start practice in early August, they’ll gather to talk about issues affecting football and high school athletics in general today. Among the coaches expected to participate are Hampton’s Mike Smith, Heritage’s Jason Robinson, Phoebus’ Stan Sexton, York’s Doug Pereira, Bruton’s Tracey Harrod, Surry County’s Ervin Jones, Hampton Roads Academy’s Tom York and others.
