Chef Bill Kim’s Pizza & Parm Shop, the wildly popular virtual restaurant in suburban Oak Brook, will pop up at Urbanbelly in the city starting Feb. 3.

“This menu pays homage to my childhood and reflects the many different cultural influences in my life that are evocative of the diversity in Chicago,” said Kim. The award-winning Korean-American chef grew up on the North Side, but was born in Seoul.

His pizza and parm shop launched in early December out of Michael Jordan’s restaurant, both owned by the Cornerstone Restaurant Group.

Look for Kim’s signature creative and Asian flavors on Detroit-style pies, chicken Parmesan sandwiches and wings — including a Korean barbecue pizza, a giardiniera Parmesan sandwich and chicken or cauliflower Buffalo Seoul wings.

The pop-up will run in the Wicker Park neighborhood for the foreseeable future. Order by phone or through the website. Pay by card or Apple Pay only. You can tip in cash.
