2019 - Appeared in 42 games as one of eight players to compete in over 40 games along with 38 starts in left field … one of 12  Lions to land on the MIAA Academic Honor roll (3.42 GPA) … one of six players to bat over .300 with a .328 average (44-for-134) for third on the squad as a starter and fourth overall … led the team in stolen bases with 12 on 17 attempts while finishing sixth in total bases (52); one of six players to get over 50 … also concluded her junior season second in at-bats (134), third in hits (44), fourth in walks (7), fifth in doubles (6), runs scored (17), and on-base percentage (.362), and tied for seventh in RBIs (11) … added a .974 fielding percentage which included 33 putouts and five assists as part of a squad that put together a fielding percentage of .966 for second overall in the MIAA while being tied for the least amount of errors committed at 45 … produced five three-hit games to go along with four games of scoring two runs … knocked in a season-high two RBIs at Fort Hays State (3/17).

2018 - Appeared and started in 51 games in the outfield for the Lions as a sophomore...one of 12 lions to land on the MIAA Academic Honor roll (3.38 GPA)...tied for fourth in the MIAA with nine sacrifice hits...closed out the season second on the team in at-bats (160), runs (30), tied for second in doubles (10) and stolen bases (7), third in hits, batting average (.331), and on-base percentage (.367), and fourth in RBIs (22), total bases (66), and slugging percentage (.413)...went a season-best 4-for-5 at the plate, including a grand-slam home run as part of five RBIs on the day to go along with a walk and three runs scored in a 19-12 victory at Northeastern State (4/21). 

2017 - Played in 34 and started in 27 games in her first season with the Lions...earned All-MIAA honors (Honorable Mention)...finished fourth on the team batting .333 (25-75) with two RBIs and 17 runs scored on the season, on-base percentage (.398), and fielding percentage (.976) as an outfielder...also third on the team in batting average in MIAA play hitting .382...stole seven bases for third on the team...recorded five multi-hit games, including a season-high four-hit game at Lindenwood (Apr. 15). 

Prior to Southern - Windsor comes to Southern from Richmond High School  in Richmond, Missouri. Elizabeth played catcher for four years for coach Staci Maddux and the Spartans. During her four years on the diamond for RHS Windsor saw her batting average, slugging percentage, and on base percentage all increase each season. By the end of her senior year she was batting .397 with a slugging percentage of .718 and an on base percentage of .510. Windsor collected four Missouri River Valley - East All-Conference honors during her career at RHS, honorable mention for her freshman season, second team honors during her sophomore year, and first team honors for the last two seasons. Elizabeth also earned second team All-MSHSAA Class 3 District 15 honors her sophomore and junior season while earning first team All-District and All-Region honors this past season. She helped the Spartans to three straight Missouri River Valley - East Championships while earning offensive player of the year both her sophomore and junior seasons and team MVP honors during her junior season. Windsor is also a three year member of the Spartans track and field team running sprints, middle distance, and jumping in both the long and triple jump events.

Personal - Elizabeth is the daughter of James and Mendy Windsor and plans to major in nursing at Southern.
