Early Bird Registration for PCST 2018 Extended to 15 February
A number of you who have had proposals accepted but have not yet finalised travel funds or visas have asked whether we can extend the Early Bird registration discounts to 15 February to be coincidental with the deadline by which you must register to be included in the programme.

We have agreed to do this - but please note there can be no extension of the 15 February deadline for being registered if you want your presentation to be part of the programme. For logistical reasons, the programme has to be finalised then.

Hence: Early Bird Registration Discounts apply up to 15 February, by when ALL presenters at PCST 2018 must be registered to be included in the programme.

Is This Your Ancestor?
Come to PCST 2018 and hear from Professor Lee Berger, National Geographic Explorer of the Year, about his amazing new findings of a new species of Hominin – Homo naledi – and what this all means for our understanding of where we came from. Research Professor in Human Evolution and the Public Understanding of Science at the University of the Witwatersrand, Johannesburg, South Africa, Prof Berger will talk about his strategies for communicating this most important yet sensitive story of ourselves: the science about our evolution.

You can register for PCST 2018 and book accommodation at: http://www.pcst2018.org/pcst18/attend/registration

Early Bird registration closes 15 February 2018.

Note: for budgetary purposes, we must set prices in New Zealand Dollars (NZD). While we have set rates comparable with the rates for PCST 2016, these are subject to currency fluctuations. Our advice is to take advantage of the Early Bird registration fees.
