PROGRAM OVERVIEW This conference provides an annual update to Iowa health care attorneys and compliance personnel about state and federal legislative activities and case law. Please join us to discuss these issues as the Iowa legislature finishes up a busy session and we review case law updates from the past year. In addition, we will be discussing legal issues pertinent to health care entities as employers, and we are including a mental health-focused wellness session. The sessions are presented by industry leaders and focus on topics affecting the health care industry from a legal perspective.
