Before forming Story Arc Consulting, Lerch spent nine years at Google working on innovation, strategy and digital marketing. While there, he worked with GoPro, OtterBox, Roku and other major consumer electronics businesses. Lerch helped launch consumer electronics companies including Nest and LifeProof by helping them design their digital marketing campaigns. Now, Lerch brings independent consulting services to companies of all sizes and across all industries, offering a high-level outside perspective on a company’s vision, goals and approach to marketing. He challenges organizations to think strategically and to evolve past strategies to embrace a digital-first world. Lerch also offers specialized expertise in digital marketing, influencer marketing, consumer journey mapping, attribution strategy and website design. Eric Shell is an industry leader in supporting rural health care in its transition to population health. With nearly 30 years in health care financial management and consulting, Shell’s passion for sustainable and accessible rural health care has driven him to help hundreds of rural health systems achieve improved financial and operational performance. Shell and his rural team provide vital strategic, financial and operational improvement services to ensure rural health systems continue providing local, high-quality and accessible patient care. He helped develop a national program for rural hospital performance improvement and performance measurement and developed a new rural demonstration payment program for frontier clinics and hospitals. Before joining Stroudwater, Shell was the director of finance and administration for Rochester Community Individual Practice Association, where he provided leadership and financial management to a 2,500-provider community-based IPA.
