In order to be a successful supervisor, they must have a working knowledge on how to motivate their employees, identify hazards, and understand employee behavior. This dynamic training program focuses on educating front line supervisors to be successful in accomplishing this goal. 2:00-3:30 p.m. Hospital Wins This session will spotlight three hospitals that have implemented positive safety cultures and will examine their results. 3:30 p.m. Closing remarks and adjourn.
