PROGRAM OVERVIEW In this session, participants will learn how to collaborate more effectively with payers using an effective approach to work through payer contract execution to payer contract monitoring. The session also will discuss economic and noneconomic components of typical payer contracts. LEARNING OBJECTIVES Examine incorporating price transparency information into contracting processes. Explain how to work effectively with payers. Discuss standard processes for payer contracting to protect and grow revenues.
