Lisa Walden is a speaker, strategist and consultant dedicated to helping businesses create authentic, empowering workplaces. Her presentations deliver insights that help people better connect, collaborate, and communicate. As co-founder of Good Company Consulting, her work is centered on the concept that people and strategy don’t have to be mutually exclusive. James Kinn is a senior vice president in Kaufman Hall’s Strategic and Financial Planning practice. His responsibilities include strategic partnership advice and financial planning. Kinn works with a variety of health care organizations, including multistate health systems, academic medical centers, and stand-alone community providers. Aaron Putze’s lessons learned from being raised on a north-central Iowa farm continue to serve him well as a dad, volunteer, team leader and communications professional with the Iowa Soybean Association. Putze has always been motivated by people who lead with positivity, empathy, and humility, and give maximum effort in service to others.
