POSITION SUMMARY

The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for material ticket processing, handling incoming customer phone calls, entering equipment vendor invoices and other administrative duties as assigned.  This is a full-time position located in Onalaska, WI working Monday through Friday. 

Job duties will include but not limited to:

  • Enter daily material sales tickets from our pits and quarries
  • Process product orders
  • Assist in Sales team support
  • Provide customer service
  • Enter equipment accounts payable invoices
  • Complete other miscellaneous tasks as needed, such as backup to scale operator and order office supplies

 

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Two or four year degree in Accounting or Office Administration is preferred or a High school diploma or (GED) required with minimum of 2 years of pertinent experience
  • Proficient computer skills (Microsoft Office)
  • Must be detail oriented and have strong work ethic
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving and multi-tasking skills
