DONOR FLOOR SUPERVISOR
This is What You'll Do:
  • Maintain donor floor operations to include plasmapharesis donation procedures to ensure donor safety and quality of product
  • Supervise and perform venipuncture and plasma collection
  • Oversees the operation and maintenance of automated plasmapheresis machines
  • Maintain compliance with SOP, current Good Manufacturing Procedures (cGMP) and regulatory guidelines
  • Prepares weekly staffing schedules
  • Coordinates staff activities to increase efficiency
  • Performs performance reviews of donor floor staff
  • Educates new donors on the use of products made from donated plasma

Requirements
This is What It Takes:
  • High school diploma or GED
  • 12 months direct plasmaperesis experience
  • Ability to work days, evenings, weekends, holidays, and extended shifts
  • Phlebotomy certificate or license required by the state of employment
  • Strong customer service skills and the ability to understand and follow protocol
  • CPR Certification may be required based on the location you are applying to
  • Ability to perform venipunctures
  • Team lead/Supervisor experience
