Andrew Dash N. Gillman is an editorial strategist and copywriter focused on building your brand voice and corporate citizenship through meaningful content and online community engagement.

My Work

I believe deeply in the power of place-based storytelling to motivate good, inspire advocacy, change behavior, and attract the right attention.

Background

I have 10 years of public-sector experience with the Utah Governor's Office of Economic Opportunity (Go Utah) and the Utah Office of Tourism (UOT). After a start in public relations and business marketing at GOED, I turned to content creation, web and content strategy, editorial leadership, and ultimately creative and content direction for the UOT. Prior to joining the state of Utah, Andrew worked with Local First Utah and the Healthy Environment Alliance of Utah and wrote freelance for local periodicals and the web.

I devote my leisure time to running with podcasts, hiking with doggos, and camping throughout Utah or riding Amtrak. I truly unplug while cooking, oil painting, and gardening.

Strategic Approach

“We can be ethical only in relation to something we can see, feel, understand, love, or otherwise have faith in.”

—Aldo Leopold

Let’s tell stories together.
