Confirm if the dentist provides emergency care.  Dr. Hill, several times, came in on his day off to help individuals with pain and discomfort. He can often get you in less than an hour depending on the situation.  

Make sure the dentist offers a range of services.  We have a number of services to offer inhouse.  We also have a network of Dentists that we will refer you to, many within an hour depending on your dental needs. 

Consider if the office is comfortable and the staff is friendly.  Our staff gets to know you and your family.  Many people refer us to their extended part of their family. 

We are able to support your whole family from ages 0-99.  If your child would like to go to a Pediatric only Dentist, we have a network of qualified Dentists to refer you to. 

Look for a dentist that emphasizes preventive care.  We recommend cleaning and exams at least every 6 months.  Depending on the last time you visited a dentist sometimes quarterly for deep cleanings of the gums, or if in braces recommendation is once a quarter. 

Check if the dentist has updated technology.  We use the latest technology that has been tested to be effective in dental treatment.  If the equipment has been tested and meets our standards, we will have that treatment available. 

Check to see if the dentist is good at explaining procedures.  Dr Hill will explain the procedure on the recommendation.  He will also walk you to the front to re-explain and talk further so you have had time to understand the options given for the next treatment.
